Flower delivery in Záměl from a local garden centre

Záměl lies in the Rychnov Basin beside the Divoká Orlice, about two kilometres south of Vamberk.

The first written record of the village dates to 1356. A statue of St John of Nepomuk from 1803 stands in Záměl, and the Planetary Trail runs through the municipality.
